Certification n. 5137/00 of the 4-12-2000 issued by the Venturini laboratory of Verona relevant technical scientific suitability of the encapsulating product for treating asbestos-cement sheets intended for type "D" removal, in conformity with point 4 in apprendix 1 of the Ministerial decree of the 20-08-1999.
