Under the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/03) we inform you of the following:
1 - personal data collected will be processed by automated filing in the computer system of INDEX s.p.a., for purposes related to the activities of the same company and the Services:
1.1 - to provide assistance in the use of the Services and, in general, for the management of the Services;
1.2 - To send communications about how to use the Services;
1.3 - to send commercial communications related to INDEX s.p.a.
2 - The provision of certain personal data is mandatory for the use of the Services. Use of the Services is subject to the acceptance of this Statement. INDEX s.p. reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Services if the information provided is found to be untruthful.
3 - Personal information provided by the user will not be disclosed to other external companies that are not part of INDEX s.p.a.
4 - Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 attributes to the user certain rights in relation to the processing of his / her personal data including:
4.1 - the right to know, by accessing the register provided for in art. 10 D.Lgs. 196/03 or by request to the data controller, the existence of data processing that may concern the user;
4.2 - the right to obtain the update, rectification or integration of the data as well as their cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or their block if they are processed in violation of the law;
4.3 - the right to object to the above-mentioned purposes for legitimate reasons;
4.4 - the right to oppose the processing of data for commercial or promotional information purposes, the submission of advertising material or market research.
